We want you to be completely satisfied with your grounding journey, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our Earthing sheets and mats. If you are not experiencing the restorative benefits of being grounded, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your Earthing products in their original packaging, ensuring all grounding cords, testers, and adapters are included in the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
